Although the name is new, John Rogers and Associates LLC is built on a long history of craftsmanship and experience in the North Atlanta area. John founded John Rogers Renovations Inc. in 1996 and led it successfully for more than two decades before selling the company in 2019. During that break, he built several custom homes in the Woodstock area and–with his wife–spent two years living in Wales, a season that offered a welcome respite from the grind of running a large-scale renovation company. With his noncompete now behind him, John is excited to return to his roots in residential remodeling, while also bringing the added dimension of new construction.

Now settled back in Georgia, John is once again rooted in the community where his career began. After two years abroad, he has returned refreshed and ready to continue the legacy he established years ago—exceeding expectations and helping clients enjoy an exceptional experience with their home renovations. He will be taking on select projects in Woodstock, East Cobb, and Roswell—places where he has built lasting relationships and a reputation for excellence. From John:

“After two years abroad, my wife and I are now back in our family home where we lived for 25 years. It feels good to be rooted here again, surrounded by familiar spaces and fond memories. One of the things we’re most looking forward to is the upcoming holiday season—having our kids, extended family, and friends gathered together, sharing meals, laughter, and time that’s always too rare.

Our 2 years in Wales gave us the gift of travel and perspective. It was a wonderful home base that allowed us to explore the Welsh countryside, get to know the people, wander through western England, and make trips to London, Paris, and Rome. Those experiences were rich and rewarding, but there’s nothing quite like being home again.

As we settle back in I’m especially thankful for the chance to be near family–and to be in our community again–to enjoy the simple blessing of being home, looking forward to what’s ahead.”
